After daughter's tragic death, mum in plea on cannabis oil - "times need to change"

A County Down mother has made an emotional plea for cannabis oil to be made available to those who desperately need it.

Bethany Woods lost her nine-year-old profoundly disabled daughter nine years ago.

She believes cannabis oil would have changed little Lauren's life.

Bethany is herself is in chronic pain and uses cannabis oil to treat a range of conditions including fibromyalgia and arthritis. 

The 39-year-old from Rostrevor who has two other daughters says after the Billy Caldwell case the government must now do the right thing.
