A new four star hotel between Portrush and Portstewart beside the North West 200 Paddock.has finally been approved.
It will have 120 bedrooms, a spa, and will create around one hundred and twenty jobs.

North Antrim MLA Jim Allister said in April the proposed hotel was too "brash and in your face".
He among 36 objectors then.
Mr Allister owns a holiday home nearby.
