A number of functions of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s Omagh-based Economic and Regeneration and Funded Programmes service areas have relocated from the Sperrin Centre to the High Street Building, 16 High Street, Omagh (located to the rear of the Public Services Centre which is currently undergoing refurbishment).

The following have been moved to ensure the Council's public facing services are easily accessible to all its service users:

  • The Local Economic Development

  • Urban Regeneration

  • Rural Regeneration

  • Neighbourhood Renewal

  • Fermanagh and Omagh Local Action Group (LAG)

  • Peace IV functions

The ASPIRE employability programme continues to operate from the Sperrin Centre but will also relocate to the High Street premises in the near future.

The relocated functions will continue to operate as normal at the High Street premises and telephone – 0300 303 1777 – and email contacts remain the same.

Opening hours for the functions also remain as normal, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Members of the public who wish to speak with staff in person should make their way to the entrance of Omagh Chambers, located to the side of the 16 High Street building while refurbishment works continue at the Public Services Centre.
