Larne and Linfield are through to the third qualifying round of the Europa Conference League.

Tiernan Lynch's team drew 1-1 with Aarhus in Denmark on Thursday night and progress 3-2 on aggregate.

The Danes were reduced to 10 men with a red card on 26 minutes.

Ronan Hale's strike just before the break put Larne in front and eventually proved decisive over the two legs.

It's an incredible success story for the East Antrim side as this is their very first season in European competition.

They now take on Pacos de Ferreira in Portugal next Thursday with the return a week later at Inver Park.

Another aggregate victory would secure a play-off for the group stages.

As expected, Linfield are also through - but Blues boss David Healy and a number of others didn't make it to the away leg:

The Blues are at home in the first leg of the third round with the game to be played next Tuesday.
