Ulster host Glasgow Warriors in today's Pro12 clash at the Kingspan Stadium.
The visitors will come to the Kingspan Stadium one place and three points ahead of Les Kiss' men in the table.
Ruan Pienaar is back in the starting lineup, while Ireland's Luke Marshall, Craig Gilroy and Tommy Bowe are included.
Speaking to Q Radio Sport, fly-half Peter Nelson says it's key not to slip-up at this point in the season.
Pienaar will make his first appearance of 2017, having recovered from a knee injury sustained in the New Year's Eve fixture away to Leinster.
Gilroy, who shone with a 14-minute hat-trick for Ireland versus Italy, will join Bowe and Louis Ludik, one of Ulster's four try-scorers versus Edinburgh, in the back three.
Luke Marshall comes into the side at outside centre, meaning Darren Cave shifts inside to occupy the number 12 jersey.
Director of Rugby Les Kiss says it promises to be a big challenge.
