Tommy Wright has stepped down as St. Johnstone manager.
He had been in charge of the Scottish Premiership club for seven years.
The 56-year-old has been linked with the vacant Northern Ireland job, but IFA sources say no decision has been taken and there are a number of possible candidates to replace Michael O'Neill.
Ballyclare-born former Newcastle United and Man City goalkeeper Wright has 31 international caps.

Wright arrived at St Johnstone in 2011 as assistant manager to Steve Lomas and then took over in the hot seat when his fellow Northern Irishman left for Millwall in June 2013.
He led Saints to their first-ever Scottish Cup success in 2014 and guided the club into the top six of Scotland's top division in his first four seasons in charge.
