The heartbroken father of a County Down man who recently took his own life is pleading for anyone with mental health issues to be strong and ask for help...

38-year-old personal trainer Paul Oldham had set up his own gym in Lisburn and was passionate about helping people with mental health concerns.

However, the father of a six-year-old son from Banbridge had battled depression himself and took his own life earlier this month.

In his first broadcast interview, Phil Oldham told Q Radio of the devastating moment he found out about his son's tragic death...

Mr. Oldham believes all workplaces should have staff trained to help with mental health issues...

He says he will now attempt to build on his son's wonderful work...
