A survivor of one of the most shocking atrocitites of the Troubles says he doesn't want any soldiers to be punished.
Two members of the UDR and one former soldier were previously sentenced to life behind bars over the Miami Showband Massacre in 1975.
Three members of the band were killed in the UVF paramiltary attack.
The aim of the annual Day of Reflection which saw similar events held in centres in Omagh, Ballymoney, Armagh and Derry is to provide people with a chance to reflect on incidents in the past.
Stephen Travers was the guest speaker at the event in Belfast said it's time the system here changed to support victims and survivors of such attacks.
A minute's silence was held in memory of all those affected by the Troubles, or recent terror acts across the globe.
