A 19 year old has suddenly died in the Meelmore Drive area in Omagh on Saturday (19th August).
Police are currently investigating the situation and arrested a 24 year old man.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A and B controlled drugs, and also supplying and being concerned in the supply of Class A and C controlled drugs.
The man is due to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court today in relation to the drug offences.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
