Western Trust seeking to recruit through open days

The Western Health and Social Care Trust is inviting members of the public to attend a number of recruitment days for vacancies within Support Services.

That includes jobs in catering, cleaning and laundry.

Interviews will be held on the day - with events being held in Derry-Londonderry, Limavady, Enniskillen and Strabane.

The dates of the events can be viewed below:

Friday 8 March 2019, Old School Canteen, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital, Omagh

Wednesday 13 March 2019, Fermanagh House, Enniskillen

Wednesday 20 March 2019, Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre, Limavady

Friday 22 March 2019, St Columb’s Park, Derry/Londonderry

Tuesday 26 March 2019, Fir Trees Hotel, Strabane

Thursday 28 March 2019, DaVincis Hotel, Derry/Londonderry

Sonia Gormley is Head of Support Services for the Western Trust and she said: “Our Support Services staff form an essential and integral part of the daily life of our hospitals and community facilities within the Western Trust. 

"Clinical and nursing staff, patients and the public rely on our team for a wide variety of duties to be carried out efficiently. The successful provision of healthcare is dependent on an effective support team. We are delighted to offer individuals the chance to work within a number of roles across the Western Trust area in full time, part time and holiday relief hours. 

"We offer excellent rates of pay and support the Trust’s work life policy. There are also enhanced pay rates for unsocial hours including evening and weekend shifts."
