Derry will host Clare while Donegal will be at home to Kerry in their openers.
The provisional fixtures have been released for next year's Allianz National Football League.
Derry are to play host to Clare in their division two opener on February 5.
Donegal kick off division one at home to Kerry on the same day.
The two counties will play four home and three away games each.
The last round will see Donegal travel to Mayo, with Derry away to Fermanagh.
