The Irish FA has rejected an appeal by Linfield manager David Healy against a six-match touchline ban.
The suspension was handed down when Healy was sent to the stands for the third time this season and will now start on Monday.
Meanwhile, the club has been fined £1,250 for an incident involving former chairman Jim Kerr after January's home defeat to Coleraine.
Comments were made to officials and Kerr stepped down a few days later.
He has received a two-match suspension and a five-match stadium ban.
The IFA disciplinary committee issued a warning to Linfield "about the future conduct of its supporters".
The Blues have also been given a warning about the choice of song on the Windsor Park PA system before the drawn game with Glentoran on Boxing Day.
