There were 22,972 positive cases of Covid-19 in Northern Ireland in the five days between December 23 and 28.
An additional 14 deaths linked to the virus were reported.
The daily Covid-19 figures were not published over the Christmas period.
To date 3,492,932 vaccines have been administered in total.

16,428 confirmed cases of Covid-19 were reported in the Republic on Wednesday night, a new daily record.
As of 8am on Wednesday, there were 568 patients in hospital with the disease, up 47 on the previous day, with 93 in intensive care, up one.
A total of 22 deaths were notified in the past week, bringing the total linked to the disease to 5,912.
Chief medical officer Dr Tony Holohan said: “Today, we are also reporting our highest ever number of confirmed cases in Ireland.
“The Omicron variant is accelerating rapidly in the community and, given the very high levels of transmission of this new variant nationwide, every individual should consider themselves potentially infectious, and strictly adhere to the public health measures by washing hands regularly, keeping a safe distance from others, avoiding crowded places and reducing social contacts as much as possible.”
