There’s good news on the jobs front for the area.

Ten posts are to be created by Online Estate Agent NI.

Based in Dungannon, it's recruiting ten new agents right across Northern Ireland - that's over the next 12 months.

The company offers an alternative to expensive high street agency fees.

Here’s Managing Director Johnathon Jordan....

"Online Estate Agent NI is a modern estate agent offering all the services of a traditional estate agent, for a fraction of the price. We believe in investing in the latest technology, including 360 degree virtual tours, to ensure vendors and landlords receive the best possible market exposure," he says.

Mr Jordan says the ten new posts will allow the company to expand their services to cover all areas of Northern Ireland.

He wants experienced local estate agents with expert local knowledge to join the team.

"98 per cent of all property searches now begin online and we feel that the current model operated by traditional high street estate agents of charging a high percentage fees is tired and outdated. Our lower fixed fee allows vendors and landlords to save thousands whilst still receiving the exact same service," he adds.

And Bob and Berts is set to open in Dungannon.

The artisan coffee chain was established back in 2013 on a Portstewart promenade and it became an instant hit with coffee lovers.
