The rear door of a house in Dungannon has been damaged.
It occurred at a property in the Ranfurly Crescent area.
Police say the damage is consistent with an attempt to force the door.
They believe at this stage that the damage was caused sometime between Wednesday 15thand Friday 17th February.
Police are appealing to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area at this time to contact detectives in Dungannon.
