The 30-year-old was in practice for the Japanese Grand Prix

Eugene Laverty has been stretchered away from practice for the Japanese Grand Prix.

The Aspar Ducati rider crashed, but reportedly was able to walk into the medical centre.

He'll be checked over in hospital.
