Holders Coleraine are through to the semi-finals of the Tennnent's Irish Cup after a sensational extra-time victory against Larne.

It finished 5-3 at Inver Park on Friday night with Jamie McGonigle and Eoin Bradley both scoring twice for the holders.

Larne star Davy McDaid hit a hat-trick against his former club but still tasted a heartbreaking quarter-final defeat. 

Bannsiders boss Rodney McAree says they're determined to retain the trophy....

It's now back to the league for Larne who only need a point to clinch the Championship title and promotion.

But manager Tiernan Lynch says even at this stage he'll take nothing for granted...

The other quarter-final ties take place on Saturday afternoon - Crusaders host Ballymena, Dungannon have Ballinamallard and Warrenpoint welcome Larne Tech Old Boys.

Glenavon face Cliftonville at Mourneview Park in the Danske Bank Premiership.

They all start at 3pm.

Meanwhile, Derry City had a scoreless draw away to Cork City on Friday and stay third in the League of Ireland.
