Carl Frampton takes on Mexican boxer Horacio Garcia in a ten-round featherweight clash in Belfast on Saturday night, as part of 'Frampton Reborn.'

It marks a homecoming night for 'The Jackal,' having recently joining forces with Frank Warren's promotional team, and a hometown fight in Belfast before Christmas was announced by the Warren organisation.

Frampton's got good memories of the venue, having defended his IBF super-bantamweight title against Chris Avalos in 2015.

The Tigers Bay man says he wants to prove to the world there's a lot more he can achieve.

Frampton told us a great time for boxing, and sport here.

Coverage will be on BoxNation from 7:30pm, and BT Sport from 8:30pm,

Also on the bill is fellow Northern Irish boxing sensation Jamie Conlan- he will go head to head with IBF world super-flyweight champion, Filipino Jerwin Ancajas.

Conlan told Q Radio he's pulled out all the stops in his preparation, for an attempt at his first world title.

Triple Olympian Paddy Barnes will be in the ring too, contesting for the vacant WBO intercontinental flyweight title, against Nicaragua's Eliecer Quezada.

He says he's excited, and ready.

The three attended a public workout at Belfast's Waterfront Hall on Wednesday night.

It gave fans the chance to meet their heroes, and Frampton told us it's a boost to see the support.

Garcia comes to Belfast with an impressive record- 33 wins from 37 fights.

Both fighters weighed in at 9st 1lb today.

Conlan and Barnes also made weight.
