Activists calling themselves Border Communities Against Brexit have planned a day of action.
They're calling for support by demonstrating at the Old Customs Post in Carrickcarnan, County Louth.
The group claims it doesn't 'make sense' to have part of a Ireland in and the other part out of the EU.
They believe hardship for border communities will follow a hard border.
The day of action will take place on Saturday eighth of October at 3pm.
