Festive entertainment will be on offer in Enniskillen and Omagh town centres on Saturday 31 March 2018 to celebrate Easter.
The Easter themed events, organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and taking place from 12 noon to 4 pm, will include an Easter Egg Hunt, street entertainment, face painters and the Easter bunny.
Speaking about the Easter themed activities taking place in Enniskillen and Omagh town centres on Saturday 31 March, Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Stephen McCann, said:
“The Easter activity will bring a real sense of fun to Enniskillen and Omagh town centres this holiday period.
"We hope that people enjoy all the activities on offer and make a day of it; enjoying all that Enniskillen and Omagh town centres have to offer with their shops, eateries and places of interest.”
The Easter Egg Hunt will bring participants through the town centres to find Easter Eggs located in shop windows of 12 retailers. Everyone who returns to base with their completed Easter Egg Hunt activity sheet will receive a sweet treat while all completed entries will be placed in a draw to win an Easter Egg hamper.
Easter Egg Hunt maps and activity sheets will be available on the day from the gazebo in the town centre (beside the Townhall, Enniskillen and Danske Bank, Omagh).
They are also available to collect from The Ardhowen and the Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen and the Strule Arts Centre, Omagh and Omagh Leisure Complex or to download from the Council website at fermanaghomagh.com.
All activities are free of charge.
