A man has died following a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Saintfield.
It happened on the Station Road shortly before 3.45pm and involved a Hyundai i10 and Volkswagen Golf.
Police attended the scene along with other emergency services.
The man who was driving the Hyundai i10 and a woman driver of the other car were both taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries, where he sadly passed away.
Inspector Robinson is appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have captured dash cam footage, to contact them on 101, quoting reference number 1184 of 08/07/20.
