Slieve Croob residents will discuss the future of Castlewellan Forest Park a public meeting tonight.
It was organised after the council's turnaround on a disputed decision to ban horse-riding there.
It initially sited health and safety reasons but allowed runners and walkers to continue using the park.
The meeting will be held at the Lodge business and cultural centre in Castlewellan at 7pm.
