A serious crash has shut the Portaferry Road near Newtownards this afternoon.
Police say a bus collided with a motorcycle.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area with the road expected to be closed for "quite some time".
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Motorists are asked to avoid the Portaferry Road, Newtownards, following a serious two vehicle road traffic collision. Diversions at Finlay's Road and Cunningburn Road."
Adding that, "There are no further details at this stage."
A spokesperson for the Ambulance Service told Q Radio: "The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service has reported that they received a 999 call at 14:45 on Sunday 2 September re a Road Traffic Collision on Portaferry Rd near Newtownards.
"The collision involved a motor cycle and a bus.
"NIAS despatched a Rapid Response Paramedic, an A&E crew and an ambulance officer to the scene. The charity Air Ambulance was also tasked to the incident by NIAS.
"No-one has been taken to hospital from the scene."
Following last post we are putting in diversion points at Finlay’s Road and Cunningburn Road. Early indications are that the road may be closed for quite some time.
