Two men have been arrested on suspicion of copyright offences after house searches in Craigavon and Belfast.
The police searches took place over two days alongside the Intellectual Property Office.
The men face a string of offences after allegedly selling devices designed to crack security measures in games consoles, costing a company hundreds of thousands of pounds in lost revenue.
The PSNI's Detective Inspector Mullan said, "This proactive work carried out by a number of different teams has led to the discovery of two illegal businesses who through copyright infringement have profited at the expense of a legitimate company.
We will continue to target those people in our community who profit from criminality."
