A man and woman have been killed in separate road incidents in the Republic of Ireland.
A 54-year-old woman died after being hit by a car which was being used as a getaway vehicle following a robbery in Dublin.
Three men were in the car which made off from a shop in Barnhill Road in Dalkey shortly after 9 last night.
A second woman,51, was also injured when it lost control in Avondale Road around 2 kilometres away.
She was taken to St Vincent’s University Hospital.
The suspects ran from the scene and gardaí are now trying to locate them.
Meanwhile, A 28-year-old man died at the scene of a two vehicle collision in Co.Donegal.
It happened on the N15 in Laheen in Ballyshannon at around 11.30 last night.
A woman driving the other car has serious injuries, while three other people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
