Dungannon Rugby Football Club are going to be hosting a tournament for those who 'haven't played in a while' and want to ease themselves back into it.
The Ulster Rugby Official's Crossfield 10s transition blitz will be taking place on the 8th of November at Stevenson Park.
The details:
- Cross field/half-pitch
- Short games
- 10's with rolling subs
- Adult rugby
The tournament is aimed at people who have been out of the game for a while or who are unavailable to play regularly on a Saturday.
Those interested in getting back into playing are encouraged to attend and get involved.
