Portrush Golfer McDowell won last years event in Playa Del Carmen in Mexico
Portrush golfer Graeme McDowell will begin his title defence at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba today. McDowell won last year's event in a three-man playoff with Russell Knox and Jason Bohn
The former US open winner will be paired up in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico with Knox for the first two rounds along with Charley hoffman. The field includes Jim Furyk, former World number one Luke Donald and 2011 PGA Championship winner Keegan Bradley
The contest offers a chance to get some early FedEx cup points on the board.
