Some 15 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in the last 24 hours in Northern Ireland.
That is according to the daly update from the Public Health Agency, bringing its total for the region to 278.
The latest figures released by the Department of Health show there are 34 patients being treated in intensive care units for confirmed or suspected cases of covid-19, which is down by three since yesterday.

Meanwhile, around 677 patients are currently being treated for the virus, with 2,825 people having already been discharged from hospital.
The PHA also says there have been 63 outbreaks in care homes in Northern Ireland.
Meanwhile, the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency released its latest figures earlier, which includes more covid-19 related deaths across the region.
The latest weekly update records 276 deaths involving Covid-19 up to April 17.
Of these, 60.1% occurred in hospitals, 33.7% in care homes, 5.1% at private addresses and 1.1% at hospices.
The 96 deaths in care homes and hospices involved 44 separate establishments.
