A primary school in Belfast has been forced to send children home after a threat was made to the safety of it's pupils.
Elmgrove Primary on Beersbridge Road were contact by the PSNI around 2.50 this afternoon.
In a statement, the Headteacher has said a precautionary decision has been taken to keep the school shut tomorrow.
Detective have arrested a man in his 30s.
A malicious threat was also made to the school back in 2015.
In a statement the PSNI said: "Police are investigating a report of malicious telecommunications regarding a school in the East Belfast area which was reported earlier today, Thursday 28 September. The communication was of a threatening nature.
"An extensive investigation is currently ongoing and a man, aged in 30s, has been arrested and is currently in police custody."
