A church of Ireland cleric in Co Tyrone has quit because he says the church is homophobic.
The Reverend Andrew Rawding is rector of Brackaville, Donaghendry and Ballyclog in County Tyrone and is angry at being prevented from carrying out same sex marriages.
The Coalisland based cleric announced his resignation in his three parish churches on Sunday morning.

Since last September couples have been able to register to marry in a religious setting, and religious bodies can choose to opt in to provide same-sex weddings.
The Rev. Rawding, said while he welcomed the decision to allow same-sex couples to marry in church, he's disappointed he is unable to officiate.
