Comic John Bishop flew into Belfast today to tee off in the name of charity.
The scouser is playing as part of the Chinawhite NI golf day at Balmoral Golf Club in aid of the Downs Syndrome Association.
The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) has been supported by several bars and businesses in the centre of Belfast for over fifteen years
As he took to the green the comedian spoke to Q Radio news and apologised in advance for how bad he is at the game:
The Down's Syndrome Association (DSA) is a registered national charity which provides information and support for people with Down's syndrome, their families, carers and those with a professional interest.
The day’s play will be followed by a BBQ at The Perch Rooftop Bar and an after party at Chinawhite Belfast.
Donna Lynch, DSA Regional Manager NI, told Q Radio news: “We are so grateful for the continued support from the Belfast business community. We rely on donations and volunteers from companies and organisations to continue our work here in Northern Ireland and across England and Wales.
