A nineteen million pound extension at Carnbane business park has failed to create jobs.
No businesses have been attracted to the site since construction was completed in twenty thirteen.
There are 21 acres of land available at an annual rent of nearly £9,000 per acre.
Carnbane was first developed in 1999.
The 66-acre site was bought as part of a £4m in the area's economy.
Since then three phased developments were carried out in 2002, 2005 and most recently in 2013.
The most recent followed the purchase of 72.7 acres of land in 2010.
