It will see it grow by over thirty thousand square feet.
The retailer gained planning permission to build its extension on the site of Commonwealth House, behind the current store.
The project comprises the demolition of the house and development of a new six-storey retail building.
It means one lane on Castle Street will be closed and the implementation of a one-way traffic system.
