The latest house survey suggests prices here are still rising year-on-year, seeming to partly contradict last week's Ulster University survey.
Land & Property Services says the average house price across Causeway Coast and Glens Council is £132 000, ,up 7%
In Mid and East Antrim it's just under £120 000, 3% higher.
While Antrim and Newtownabbey's average dwelling costs just over £134 000 .That's 5% more than the previous year.
