Police have charged two men following an altercation in a car park at a shopping centre in the York Street area of north Belfast on Friday evening, 31st May.
A 58-year-old man has been charged with disorderly behaviour and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, and is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 28th June.
Meanwhile, a second man, aged 36, has also been charged with the same offences and is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Friday, 21st June.
Police are still appealing for information from anyone who witnessed what happened or noticed three men who were carrying weapons and chased after three other men in the carpark area shortly after 9pm.
