Bannsiders head to Shamrock Park looking to build on last week's 2-1 win over Ards
Coleraine get back to Danske Premiership action this weekend with a trip to Shamrock Park to take on Portadown. The Bannsiders will look to build on their recent wins over Ards and Knockbreda.
Portadown meanwhile are in a difficult period having lost their last six, including a 6-0 drubbing at the hands of Dungannon Swifts last weekend
This is the first meeting between the sides since they had their opening game match-up postponed, due to the Ports' disciplinary proceedings with the IFA. Coleraine have since been awarded at retroactive 3-0 win in that game, lifting the Stripes to third in the premiership.
Meanwhile Portadown manager Pat McGibbon has called on the fans to put the club's off-field issues behind them, and come out in their numbers to support the club. It's been a tough time for Portadown,of late and third-placed Coleraine will prove a stern test for anyone.
