Ferney Park plays host this evening as Ards look to continue their good start while Mallards hope to build on their first win of the season
This weekend's Danske Bank Premiership action kicks off tonight (Friday) with Ballinamallard against Ards at Ferney Park.
The North Down side go into the game sitting second in the table after four wins of their opening seven matches.
The Mallards shocked Glenavon last week to record their first win of the season.
And Ards boss Niall Currie says it's a warning of what to expect this evening.
The match starts at 8pm.
A win for Ards would take them to within a point of leaders Crusaders ahead of the Saturday games.
The defending champions face Glentoran at the Oval in one of five fixtures tomorrow.
The Glens have been boosted by Tuesday night's battling 2-2 draw with Glenavon.

Also tomorrow, third-placed Linfield are away to struggling Carrick Rangers, Cliftonville host in-form Coleraine, there's a Mid-Ulster derby with Glenavon going to Dungannon Swifts and basement club Portadown welcome Ballymena United to Shamrock Park.
