Plans to transform Kilkeel Harbour are being welcomed.
Economy Minister Simon Hamilton says the plans will 'completely revolutionise' fishing in South Down.
He added revamped port will boost jobs and help to revive the local economy.
Kilkeel Harbour will undergo major work to facilitate large modern herring and mackerel boats.
It's understood it will be one of just two on island of Ireland.
