Tyrone boss Mickey Harte has received the backing of the Tyrone County Committee with a new three year contract.
Harte, the longest serving manager in Gaelic football, will stay in charge of the Red Hands untill 2020
Harte took Tyrone to the All-Ireland semi finals this year, only to suffer a convincing defeat at the hands of reigning champions Dublin.
His new contract ends the growing speculation around his future which ensued following that defeat.

Harte has won three All-Ireland titles as Tyrone boss, the first coming in his debut season in 2003.
He added the other two titles in 2005 and 2008.
