Ulster's most-capped player Roger Wilson will win his 221st and final cap at home to Leinster.
The sides go head to head in the Guinness Pro12 on Saturday.
Making the playoffs is still mathematically possible for Les Kiss' men, however it would mean Ulster beating their interprovincial rivals with a try-scoring bonus point, with Ospreys falling to defeat against Scarlets without any bonus points, and Ulster making up a points difference of 73.
Wilson is part of an elite club of players who have made 300+ professional appearances- he also lined out for Northampton Saints 117 times.
The back row player has scored 65 points for the Ulstermen.

Ruan Pienaar and Franco van der Merwe will also leave the club next month.
Pienaar has 140 caps and 877 points in the white jersey, while van der Merwe has made 73 appearances and scored 30 points.
We asked back Jacob Stockdale about whether emotion would play a factor in Saturday's match at the Kingspan Stadium.
Stockdale will start on the bench.
The backline is unchanged from the Ospreys match last weekend, with Andrew Trimble captaining from the wing.
In the pack, Rodney Ah You and Rob Herring come in beside Andy Warwick, while Kyle McCall is on the bench-his first appearance since injuring his hamstring in December.
