A man has died from a suspected drugs overdose in north Belfast.
It happened yesterday at a house on Stanhope Street in the Carrick Hill area.
He was found unconcious in his backgarden by a neighbour and couldn't be re-suscitated.
Police say the death isn't being treated as suspicious.
Local Councillor, JJ Magee says he believes there were others involved.
He told Q Radio: "a couple of the other people in the house who were critical at the time, were - I think by the looks of things at the moment - were saved by the quick work of the residents and the ambulance service".
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police attended the scene of the sudden death of a man at an address in the Stanhope Street area of Belfast on Sunday, 12 August.
"A post mortem examination will be carried out in due course, however, the death is not being treated as suspicious at this time."
