Carl Frampton's told Q Radio he's excited to be back taking on the biggest names in boxing.

He faces Josh Warrington in a World Title Featherweight clash in Manchester just 3 days before Christmas.

'The Jackal' says he missed out on a bigger opponent for last month's Windsor Park bout.

He beat Australian Luke Jackson at The National Stadium in August, finishing in the ninth round of the contest.

The Belfast boxer once again reiterated his hunger and desire for top wins has never been greater, and that he has a strong motivation to "prove the doubters wrong."

His opponent on December 22nd, Leeds-man Josh Warrington, is defending his IBF belt.

He's told Q Radio he expects two sets of passionate fans to make for an electric atmosphere at the Manchester Arena.
