Bannsiders beaten 1-0 by champions Crusaders, as the Crues move six points clear at the top of the table
Jordan Owens scored the only goal of the game as Crusaders beat Coleraine 1-0 at Seaview. Coleraine had an opportunity to snatch a point with an 89th minute penalty. However, Lyndon Kane saw his 12-yard effort saved by Sean O'Neill.

Coleraine may feel a draw would have been a fairer result, with the Bannsiders threatening on several occasions. Jamie McGonigle and Jordan Allen both had decent efforts at goal.
However Owens' headed effort was enough to wrap up all three points for Crusaders.
Coleraine now slip to fifth in the league, after Ballymena won and Cliftonville drew. Both those sides now leapfrog Oran Kearney's men.
Next up for The Stripes in the Danske Premiership is a trip to the Oval, to take on in-form Glentoran.
