Usher spent hours preparing his skin for the Super Bowl half time show.
The singer's longtime groomer and make-up artist Lola Okanlawon has revealed the singer kicked off his prep with a facial treatment at midday ahead of his performance later in the evening. She described Usher as a "dream client", adding to PEOPLE: "His skin is incredibly smooth, flawless and in excellent condition. It's evident that he maintains it with utmost care."
She said of his Super Bowl skincare prep: "I started with the sculpting stone to help with lymphatic drainage, followed by Danucera's Cerabalm to cleanse the skin ... I prepped his under eye area with Iconic Eye Cream followed by cooling patches. Afterwards I used D22 Tonic around the exterior part of the face to tone and promote smooth and glowy skin. Lastly, I used Cream Supreme to moisturise because I love how supple it makes the skin feel before I primer the skin for complexion."

Lola then applied Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder which gives a "flawless complexion due to its natural matte finish and ability to absorb sweat and oil" and the look was completed with a misting of Caudalie’s Beauty Elixir and a swipe of La Mer’s Lip Balm.
Usher whipped off his shirt during the performance and Lol revealed she prepped his body for the spotlight using Kiehl's Creme de Corps and a light layer of Danucera Cerabalm.
After the performance, Lola cleansed the star's skin with Cerabalm, adding that she “applied a soothing hot towel, a hydrating serum, and Cream Supreme, a very nourishing moisturiser. These steps help to rejuvenate and hydrate his skin, ensuring it stays in optimal condition."
